IWC is a well respected broadline foodservice distributor serving the Tennessee and Kentucky market. We are family owned and operated and service primarily independent restaurants, C-stores, recreational facilities as well as a strong base of bid contracts. Each year we designate target markets for growth and then recruit, hire and train new sales personnel in these areas.
During your initial training period you will receive a weekly salary which will be steadily reduced as you build your customer base and make the switch to commission.
Successful sales people:
- Have a strong work ethic to build a customer base
- Desire to be a partner with the customer to build their business
- Are creative, organized, enthusiastic and goal oriented
- Prefer a background in foodservice/restaurant/food broker
- Desire for unlimited income as position is 100% commission-paid
- Reside in assigned territory
- Have taken undergraduate courses; degree preferred
