As IWC continues to grow we need to add more delivery routes to serve our customers. Our drivers are unique in the "truck driver" arena. Our drivers work a Monday thru Friday schedule and most are home every night and all weekends. We do have some routes that have a one-night layover up to twice a week. But your weekends are still hometime. If you are very people oriented and enjoy the challenge of meeting and serving a variety of personalities this may be the spot for you.
Our Drivers:
- Must enjoy a physically demanding workday
- Must be able to unload every piece on their trailers by hand using a handcart.
- Must be able to lift up to 100 lbs, with an average item weight of 50 lbs.
- Must be able to complete paperwork, including collection and route reports, in addition to the DOT required paperwork
- Will be responsible for handling company cash and checks, and will be responsible for turning in the money at the end of their day. Overnight routes do not have cash responsibility.
- Must possess high school diploma or GED
- Must have a minimum of 6 months driving experience with a Class A CDL, preferably in a dry van or reefer
- Must have a clean driving record
